Sports activities:

All the basic facilities for the game like cricket, volley ball, basket ball, table tennis, kho-kho, chess, weight lifting and athletics etc are available at the university level which is shared by students of all the faculties. Play ground, indoor stadium are also available for the use of the students.

NSS activity:

National Service Scheme has been made compulsory for all the students of College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry for two professional years. During the year 2011-12 a special camp was organized at adopted village  chorwadi Tal; Junagadh , Dist.;Junagadh, Gujarat from 05/02/2011 to 11/02/2012. Various activities viz; Cleaning of village, Shramdaan, Environment awareness, Save girl child, Cultural programme, Elderly education, Street play, Farmer's meet, Jago grahak jago were organized. One day camp on Bakery items preparation as well as Preservation of grains and vegetables were also carried out.
