Introduction :
The Oilseed Research Scheme, J.A.U. Manavadar is situated at Junagadh-Porbandar highway 38 km away from Junagadh. Nearest railway station is Junagadh away 40 km located at 21.5ºN 70.13º E. It has an average elevation of 24 meters (78 feet)

Objective :

Crop Improvement :
1. Multi-location varietal trails regarding breeding is allotted to this center every year for groundnut.
2. Seed production is the major activity at this center for groundnut.
