Within the institutional framework of the University, the Dean serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Academic Head of the College. Appointed by the University's governing body for a foundational term of three years—and eligible for reappointment to a second term—the Dean operates with a mandate to provide strategic leadership and ensure operational excellence.

The Dean's primary responsibility is the comprehensive administration and leadership of the College's overall operations. This entails setting the academic and strategic vision, managing resources, and fostering an environment conducive to excellence. Crucially, the Dean does not operate in isolation but leads through a collaborative executive triad to execute the institution's core mandates
