Received Best AICRP (Castor) Centre Award for two times and Best AICRP (Oilseeds) Centre Award while working for castor improvement. Received Prof. J. P. Trivedi Award for development of first high oleic and high yielding Spanish bunch groundnut variety GG 40. Also received Best Performing Breeder Seed Producing Centre Award consecutive three years while working for groundnut improvement. Worked as DBT nominee in the IBSC committee of NAU, Navsari from 2020 to 2023. Nodal officer of Institute Germplasm Identification Committee from March, 2020 to April, 2026. Worked as Member of Research Council, Academic Council, Extension Education Council, Purchase committee, Finance committee, Board of Management and other committees of JAU, Junagadh. Member of Board of Management of Gujarat State Seed Certification Agency, Gandhinagar since July 29, 2022. Worked as In-charge Director of Research & Dean, PG studies, JAU, Junagadh from July 1, 2023 to March 17, 2025. Worked as Research Scientist (Groundnut), Main Oilseeds Research Station, JAU, Junagadh from 2023 to April 30, 2026. Worked as Chairman in IBSC committee of JAU, Junagadh during May 22, 2024 to March 17, 2025. Member in IBSC committee of JAU, Junagadh since March 18, 2025. Guided 13 M. Sc. students of Genetics & Plant Breeding and Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology and seven Ph. D. students of Genetics & Plant Breeding. Published more than 25 Popular articles and Booklets in Vernacular language. Published one book and two book chapters and more than 105 research articles in International and National Journals. I have contributed in the development and evaluation of more than 25 crop varieties and also contributed in more than 25 farmers recommendations and 18 scientific information. Delivered five TV Talk on different aspects of agriculture. Attended 22 Seminar, Workshop/Conference, Symposium organised at National and International level and also attended 13 training programmes related to Crop Improvement, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
