Dr. Prakasshsinh Rathava is currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at the ASPEE College of Agriculture, Junagadh Agricultural University, Khapat, (Porbandar) Gujarat, India. He completed his B.Sc. Hons. (Agriculture) at College of Agriculture, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh.and M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Genetics and Plant Breeding from N.M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari, and obtained Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from B.A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand. He qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB), New Delhi, in 2018. He has also completed the CCC+ Advanced Computer Course from the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), Ahmedabad.
