Dr. Kiran Ukabhai Chandravadia, Associate Professor at the College of Agriculture, Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU), Mota Bhandariya, Amreli. She holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from JAU, M.Sc. (Agricultural Extension), B.Sc. (Agriculture) also in Junagadh Agricultural University and has qualified for the ICAR-ASRB NET. She has over 20 years of professional experience in teaching, research and extension activities at JAU and Anand Agricultural University. Her research interests include agricultural extension, farm women’s participation, women’s empowerment, self-help groups and rural development. She has published 30 research papers, contributed 17 research notes/abstracts/short communications, authored/contributed to 3 books/book chapters/bulletins, and handled 7 AGRESCO projects as PI/Co-PI. She has participated in seminars, conferences, workshops and training programmes and delivered technical and radio talks. Currently, she is involved in teaching, research and extension activities and serves as NSS Programme Officer, RAWE Coordinator and READY Programme Coordinator at CoA, JAU, Mota Bhandariya. She also contributes to student welfare, institutional reporting, accreditation-related activities and various academic and extension programmes.
