In the rankings announced in New Delhi, the university achieved this prestigious accomplishment by scoring 918 marks out of a total of 1300. The university was evaluated on various parameters including faculty competence, academic activities, research and innovation, diversity of academic programs, industry linkages and placements, infrastructure facilities, international collaborations, leadership and governance, among others. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the university, Dr. V. P. Chovatia, described this achievement as a reflection of the university’s overall development.
